Currently, in the anime, Nezuko Kamado is still a demon. Tanjiro Kamado is still far away from turning her back to human.

Will She Turn Human?

Yes, Nezuko did turn back into a human. After receiving Shinobu’s medicine, she slept for many hours. When night fell and her brother Tanjiro and their group were fighting Muzan, Nezuko woke up and started heading to Tanjiro’s location in search of him.

Understanding Nezuko's Condition

Assuming you are talking about Nezuko from Kimetsu no Yaiba, she currently is a Demon or a Pasivoume Diemme. The ninja scroll-like object attached to her mouth serves to prevent her from sucking out human blood. When she bites the object instead, human blood activates her bloodlust, and she transforms into a creature akin to a Vampire or Werewolf during the full moon.

Nezuko's family lineage places her as one of the few surviving members of the Kamado family, whom were attacked by demons. Miraculously, she transformed into a semi-human/demon and did not succumb to the attack. She now lives within society with her brother Tanjiro Kamado. Kimetsu no Yaiba follows these two siblings and the evolution of Nezuko's demon abilities. Tanjiro is also part of the Demon Slaying Group, fighting enemies and hunting those who killed his family and harmed his older sister. Their true identities are revealed later in the anime.

Would Nezuko Turn Back Into a Mere Human?

Probably not, unless there is some plot twist that allows the cleansing of demon blood and spirit from Nezuko. In that case, they could return to the city and live out their lives.
