The Worst Person to Be Stranded With on an Island

Being stranded on an island sounds like an adventure, but with the wrong person, it could turn into a nightmare. Here are some fictional characters that would make for the most frustrating and dangerous companions.

The Evil Queen from Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

If I were to choose, the Evil Queen would be the last person I would want to be stranded with. Her high-maintenance and complaining nature would hinder any chance of survival. The Evil Queen’s excessive entitlement is evident from her claim to royalty, and her constant need for attention would make it difficult to form a cooperative relationship. Instead of appreciating each other's strengths, the two of us would likely spend our time arguing over trivial matters that detract from our ability to find a way off the island.

Tom Everett from Caddyshack II

Tom Everett, played by Dan Aykroyd, despite being a hilarious character, would also make for a frustrating companion. His doofy and annoying voice would drive us both mad. Though I wouldn't want to physically attack him, his incessant behavior would make it challenging to get along. His lack of practical survival skills for such a dire situation would be a significant hindrance.

Elijah Mikaelson from The Vampire Diaries/The Originals

Elijah Mikaelson, on the other hand, is a different story. With his survival skills, protective nature, and knowledge of wilderness, he could significantly aid in our survival. As a vampire, he has no fear of starvation or disease, which are common threats on such an island. Moreover, his confident and resourceful demeanor could inspire us both to stay alive and hopeful during our ordeal.

Annabeth Chase from Percy Jackson and the Olympians/The Heroes of Olympus, and Rue from The Hunger Games

For survival on an island, having a smart and resourceful person like Annabeth or Rue would be ideal. They possess a wealth of knowledge about survival techniques, making them essential in ensuring our safety. Annabeth's intelligence and strategic thinking would be crucial for navigating the island, while Rue's knowledge of foraging and healing skills would help in both sustenance and medical emergencies.

Deadpool

Deadpool, known for his one-liners and unpredictable nature, would not be the most reliable companion. His reckless attitude and tendency to prioritize fun over practical matters would hinder our survival efforts. While his camaraderie might provide some temporary amusement, his ability to stay focused and survive would be limited.

Donald Trump or Similar Figures

Choosing someone like Donald Trump would be even more disastrous. His self-centered, unhinged, and often ignorant behavior would make it nearly impossible to form a coherent plan for survival. His inability to take responsibility and his constant need for approval would only exacerbate the situation.

The Worst Possible Companions

The very worst person to be stranded with would be someone with severe impairments, injuries, or inexperience in survival. Being a caretaker for such a person would detract from our own ability to secure food, shelter, and safety. Additionally, someone with a phobia of dirt, the dark, or the unknown would make the situation even more stressful and dangerous.

When faced with a survival situation, choosing the right companion is crucial. Whether it's a teammate who knows how to survive or someone who can adapt and be resourceful, the difference can mean the difference between life and death. Make your choices wisely, and may you never find yourself stranded on an island with the wrong person!
