Transformers: Who is the Best Human Character?
Who is the Best Human Character in Transformers?
I often find myself reflecting on the best human characters from Transformers and Transformers Movies. While the idea of a movie without any human characters is popular, there are some standout individuals who embody courage and leadership. In this article, we will explore why I consider Colonel Lennox and Cade Yeager as the best human characters, as well as some honorable mentions.
Colonel Lennox: A Heroic Veteran
Colonel Lennox has been a constant figure in the Transformers Live Action Films. He stands out as one of the bravest characters, despite not being a chosen one like Sam Witwicky. Lennox befriends and respects Optimus Prime, fighting for what is right. Even though TRF (the organization) saw all Transformers as evil, Lennox’s profound experience with the Autobots helped him understand their true nature.
Cade Yeager: A Legendary Hero
Cade Yeager is a natural leader and a legend among Transformers fans. Initially an inventor, he became a hero after discovering that he was connected to Optimus Prime through a truck with transforming abilities. He played the role of an underdog and peacemaker between Autobots and Decepticons. When Optimus Prime left Earth to find his creators, Cade stepped up as a leader, guiding both the Autobots and human allies against the surviving Decepticons. He is known for his bravery and strict protectiveness towards his daughter.
Other Noteworthy Human Characters
While Colonel Lennox and Cade Yeager take the cake, there are several other human characters deserving mention:
Robert Epps (Bayverse) Agent Fowler (TFP) Raoul (G1) Jack Darby (TFP) Verity Carlo (IDW) Silas (TFP) Vivian Wembley (Bayverse) Edward Burton (Bayverse) Sparkplug (G1) Coby Jones (Cybertron)Personal Favorites: Sam Witwicky and Cade Yeager
Sam Witwicky, the nervous but smart-ass hero from the Transformers BayVerse, has always held a special place in my heart. He is brave and clever, with a strong bond with Bumblebee and a decent relationship with Optimus Prime.
Cade Yeager, on the other hand, is a charismatic hero who embodies leadership and bravery. Unlike Sam, who is a teenager and mail-boy for Accuretta Systems, Cade is a capable mechanic with a more mature approach to his role. Cade fought in wars with the Autobots and led them when Optimus was gone.
Jack Darby from Transformers Prime is a perfect example of growth and maturity. He starts as an awkward ordinary kid working at a fast-food joint but evolves into a determined and mindful character. His bravery and moral choices, particularly when offered the chance to kill Megatron, make him stand out as one of the best human characters in the series.
While these characters are some of my personal favorites, I’m sure there are more on the horizon. Check back for updates or additions to this list.
